Another bedroom with two single beds, and a third with one single bed, both with built‑in wardrobes.
The apartment includes 1 full bathroom, an open‑plan kitchen‑living room, and a
terrace with incredible sea views. You’ll wake up every day to a different sunrise. Promise.

You will have a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, capsule and traditional coffee makers, kettle, toaster, blender… plus an extra‑large selection of kitchenware where nothing is missing.
A 12‑piece dinner set with complete cutlery, serving dishes, trays…
Including more than 70 glasses and cups (not joking!) so you can enjoy everything in the right glass: coffee cups, cereal bowls, wine glasses, cava, gin & tonic, shot glasses…
Because no one should drink a good wine from a jam jar.

COURTESIES: Coffee capsules, assorted teas, sugar, mineral water, laundry detergent and softener, and dishwasher tablets.

AMENITIES: Free crib, 1 set of towels per person, iron, hairdryer, umbrella, first‑aid kit, binoculars, board games, and children’s library.

BEACH KIT: Towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, buckets and spades, pétanque balls, paddles…
Just bring your swimsuit and sunscreen.

COMMON AREAS: Summer‑season swimming pool, gardens, tennis court, basketball court, and convenience store.

Parking spaces are communal.
The residential complex is gated for your peace of mind, especially with little ones.

Our holiday apartment in Puerto de Sagunto is located on the seafront, within the Ciudad Mar complex, offering the best location to enjoy the Mediterranean.
